REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or diploma in engineering or architecture is favourable
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project
Basic understanding of project budgeting and cost control
Familiarity with construction documentation and contract administration
Ability to prepare technical reports and project documentation
Good communication skills for client and team coordination
Knowledge of regulatory and permit application processes
Attention to detail and quality control awareness
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, and clients
Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and project coordination
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic project environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare project schedules using MS Project or similar software
Assist with project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation
Develop project scopes and support preparation of bids and proposals
Prepare project documentation including site instructions, change orders, and payment certificates
Draft technical reports, site inspection reports, and other project deliverables
Conduct site inspections during construction and complete field investigations (measurements, observations, limited destructive investigation)
Administer construction contracts and support compliance with project requirements
Maintain organized project files, correspondence, and tracking logs
Coordinate tasks between internal teams, consultants, and clients
Serve as a point of contact for routine client communication and project updates
Support quality control by reviewing drawings, documents, and checklists
Assist with permit applications and regulatory submissions
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Support procurement coordination with vendors and suppliers
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes
Occasional travel for site work or project coordination
